个人简介:

安徽桐城人,工学博士,副教授、硕士生导师。本硕博分别毕业于合肥工业大学微电子技术专业、微电子学与固体电子学专业、集成电路与系统专业,从事集成电路及FPGA设计领域的教学与科研工作。主持重点实验室开放基金项目、企业委托项目、教育部产学研育人项目、安徽省研究生教育教学改革研究(重点)项目及校级科研/教研项目共16项,主持科研总经费160余万元。参与国家自然科学基金重大科学仪器研制项目1项(总经费:884.25万元)及企业委托项目1项(总经费:300万)并任FPGA开发组组长(可支配总经费100万元),参与国家自然科学基金项目7项,省部级科研项目5项。共发表学术论文100余篇,其中以第一作者或第一通信作者在IEEE Trans VLSIIEEE Trans CAS-IIEEE Trans CAS-IIACM TRETSIntegrationThe VLSI JournalELECTRONICS LETTERSJournal of SupercomputingJournal of Circuits,Systems,and ComputersJournal of Electronic TestingJournal of InstrumentationMicroelectronics Journal、电子学报、电子与信息学报、ATSICETAHOST等国内外重要期刊及国际会议上发表学术论文40余篇,担任TAESELISCAS等审稿人。目前指导各类在读硕士研究生20余名,本科生10余人。

 集成电路硬件安全(FPGA方向)、集成电路测试、集成电路抗辐照加固设计
